Since 1956 we have been meeting the needs of children in our community with service projects that include sending children to Kamp Kiwanis, offering college scholarships, horseback riding for the blind, Halloween Window painting contest, honoring those who have reached their 90th birthday and showing appreciation to our nurses. During the Corona Virus pandemic, we offered lunch to all the housekeeping and security personnel at St. John’s Riverside and St. Joseph’s hospitals. This fall we will be converting a classroom at Gorton H.S. into a Life Skills Center for autistic students.
