Coping with Covid

For sure we are going through the most frightening time of our lives. We know about physical health: frequent hand washing and social distancing but what about our mental health?

More than at any other time in the history of this country it is crucial that we remember we are ONE American family. Our leaders were all elected by us and we must trust them and the self-governing system WE created.

We must believe they are working together, doing their best to protect us and to get us through this crisis.

For now we will have to adapt to a new way of living until this blows over.  Needless to say, we have to cancel ALL in-person meetings this spring, including our Nurse Appreciation and Awards Dinner. We will be using the Zoom platform to meet online.

The important thing is to remain positive and stay connected. What won’t kill us will surely make us stronger as individuals, as communities and as a nation. We will get through this!
